HER Outdoors week aims to celebrate and encourage more females to get out and enjoy the benefits of being in the outdoors while bringing visibility to the opportunities for females to get involved in outdoor physical activity.We gladly invite all women aged 16 and above to attend a free taster session where you will have the opportunity to experience the physical and mental benefits of Aikido. Our goal is to provide a safe and encouraging environment for you to explore and learn this martial art. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the session, where you will be introduced to the fundamentals of Aikido weapons techniques.
After the session, we will be pleased to offer you a 50% discount for the first month if you decide to join us. Our regular classes are designed to accommodate all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We believe that Aikido is more than just a physical exercise, it is a way of life. It teaches you how to harmonize your mind and body and cultivates a sense of peace and mindfulness.
