Once a month we practise Aiki-ken and Aiki-jo in the Christ Church Rathgar. This type of practice is called bukiwaza and is essential part of Aikido curriculum required for better posture and understanding the concept of ma-ai, timing and distance.
Eligibility:

The classes are open to all aged 18 years and over, regardless of previous martial art experience.
